What we collect and why
Staff Connect Australia collects the contact details, location, availability, experience, CV and optional cover letter you provide. We use them to assess your suitability for the role you select, contact you about your application and manage the recruitment process. Please leave out identity documents, bank details and other information that is not needed for recruitment.
Storage and access
Applications and CVs are stored using Convex, with the website hosted on Vercel. These service providers may process data outside Australia and the Philippines. Access to application records and CVs is restricted to authorised recruitment reviewers. We do not publish your CV or make automated hiring decisions. We will discuss any proposed introduction to a client with you before sharing your application.
How long we keep information
Applications and their files are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can ask us to withdraw or delete your application earlier.
Questions, corrections or withdrawal
Use our contact form with your application reference to ask about access, corrections, withdrawal or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Please do not send your CV again unless requested.
You must agree to the use of your information for the application you submit. Consent to future roles is separate and optional.
